Island Wheels and Rentals operates on public holidays.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
We accept all major credit cards and cash. Payments are accepted in US currency only. A security deposit is required and will be refunded at the end of the rental period, provided there is no damage to the vehicle.
MILEAGE:
Unlimited mileage is included.
AIRPORT PICKUP / DROP-OFF:
Airport delivery, airport pickup, and passenger pickup from Bayside Car Rentals are available for an additional fee of $20 round trip or $10 one way. Customers requesting this service must provide flight details at the time of booking.
For rentals picked up outside the airport and returned to the airport, a mandatory $10 airport return fee applies.
ADDITIONAL DRIVERS:
An additional driver fee of $5.00 per day applies.
FUEL POLICY:
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as provided. Otherwise, refuelling charges will be applied at Island Wheels and Rentals’ standard rate.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental start date will incur a charge equal to one day’s rental. Cancellations after the rental has begun are refundable in 24-hour intervals. No-shows will be given a 24-hour grace period to make contact; otherwise, charges will apply according to Island Wheels and Rentals’ cancellation policy.
INSURANCE:
Third-party insurance is available and covers damage to other people and their property in the event of an accident. The renter is responsible for all damage to the rental vehicle.
Full coverage (collision insurance) is available at $12.99 per day. This includes a $500 deductible and does not cover medical expenses, tires, windows, lights, or ignition keys.
